Oak Hill is located off Bilby Road between Rt517 and Willow Grove Road in Independence Twp. It's about a mile from the Hackettstown Regional Medical Center and 1.5 miles from Main Street (Rt46) in Hackettstown. It's also only 3.5 miles from Rt80 east or west. Shopping and entertainment are near by in Hackettstown and Mansfield. Several Pocono ski areas and Pocono Raceway are about an hours drive away. Oak Hill consist of approximately 530, 1 and 2 bedroom townhomes. Some have garages and some are condo style living. There are tennis court and play grounds. There is a swimming pool, tennis court and a playground. The children who live here also go to the Great Meadows and Hackettstown School system and It is in close proximity to the shopping and entertainment mentioned above for Oak Hill.
