Here's how it works:
All listings are taken at 4.75% commission charge. That’s what you pay if another agent brings the buyer to your home, since the buyer’s agent also receives a part of the commission. However, if no other agent is involved and I find the buyer as a result of my marketing, then you pay only 3% commission. Does this sound like a good deal to you?
