The development was built between 1995 & 1997 and consist of about 212 homes. There are six styles of homes in Flanders Crossing. All homes have 4 bedrooms, 2 1/2 bathrooms, basements and 2 car garages. There is a recreation center which can be rented for private parties, outdoor swimming pool and tennis courts. (FCHA) and the maintenance fees for the common grounds is approximately $160 quarterly.
