MLS cites are based on Townships and Boroughs. For example Long Valley in Morris County is really Washington Twp. You can also use Zip codes. Long Valley is 07853 but some of the town is in 07840.
If you are looking for a home in a specific development select the advanced search option, select the town or zip code and click yes for "Comm Living". This is community living. You can also select the "Style" of "TwnEndUn" and/or "TwnIntUn". This means Townhouse End Unit and Townhouse Interior Unit. For example Panther Valley is in Allamuchy Twp. zip code 07840. Also do not use the "Square Ft." field. 95% of the listings do not list the square footage.
